Discovery Trail Farm is a new airpark on Washington’s beautiful
Olympic Peninsula nestled between the mountains in Olympic National Park
on the south and the Strait of Juan de Fuca on the north.
It lies on the Sequim Valley Airport in the famous rainshadow of the
Olympic Mountains where there is less than 14″ of rain annually and
over 300 days of sun each year. Just 6 of 8 lots remain in this 65-acre
development that has been called a “perfect blend of city and country”.
Only 15 of the 65 acres are being used for the development.
The remaining 50-acres are being placed in a conservation easement as
protected farmland and will never be developed. Each lot buts up to the farmland-
everybody has a 50-acre backyard that someone else mows!
Each lot comes with water, power, sewer, paved road, paved, private
(not shared with cars) taxiway and expansive views of the Olympic Mountain
range that will never be compromised by development.
